HOW OUR OFFICE HELPS....
Our office will do everything possible to help you understand and make the most of your dental insurance benefits. We recognize that dental insurance is becoming more complex everyday and that is why we provide full assistance to you.
As a courtesy, our office will submit charges for service to your insurance carrier so to achieve the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled and will work diligently to make this happen as quickly as possible. Please be aware that some insurance companies take longer than others to complete payment. If necessary, our office will contact the dental insurance company, or we may request your help in the matter.
If you are enrolled in a managed care program, one where you are required to visit a dentist in their network, it is to your benefit that you review your list of participating providers. If you do not find us on your list, we are considered to be out-of-network. Although many programs allow you to visit an out-of-network provider, your benefits may be greatly reduced.
We consider the patient primarily responsible for the account. The services provided by the dentist amounts to an agreement between the patient and the office. The dental insurance is a contract between your employer and the dental insurance company.
Our office remains dedicated to providing optimal care for every patient and working with you to achieve that goal. We pride ourselves on helping you in any way and in continuing to provide the quality of care to which you have been accustomed.
